We’re a small charity doing big things, so processing your order can take up to 3 working days.

Once it’s packed up and ready to go, Royal Mail takes it from there (currently we offer 2nd class postage only).

If your purchase isn’t quite right, you can request a refund within 14 days. We’ll sort it, no problem. But we’ll be honest—refunds cost our tiny charity a chunk in fees (yawn). So if there’s any way you can avoid it, we’d be ETERNALLY grateful. Check the sizing chart, pop us a message if unsure… or gift it and spread some WECare love instead!

Right now we ship within the UK only (thanks, Brexit). BUT — if you’re happy to cover any extra fees like taxes and customs, just give us a shout via the ‘Ask a Question’ box on the product you’ve got your eye on. We can chat through the options and sort something out for you.
