Refund policy
Thank you for supporting our charity through your purchase. We aim to ensure you’re happy with your order, but if something isn’t right, here’s how we can help.
Your Right to Cancel (for Online Purchases)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without needing to give a reason.
- To cancel, please contact us at marketing@wecareworldwide.org.uk within the 14-day window.
- You then have another 14 days to return the items to us from the date you notify us.
- A full refund, including standard delivery charges (if applicable), will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Returns Due to Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is:
- Faulty
- Damaged on arrival
- Not as described
…we’ll either offer a full refund or send a replacement, whichever you prefer.
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item to report any issues. We may ask for a photo or brief description to assess the problem.
How to Return Items
- Email us at marketing@wecareworldwide.org.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll confirm return instructions and address.
- Repackage the item securely and send it to the address provided.
- Keep proof of postage.
Please note: Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, you will be responsible for return postage costs.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow:
- Up to 5–10 working days for the funds to appear (depending on your bank/payment provider).
